enTouch Wireless Will No Longer Provide Lifeline/ACP Services In Your Area

Due to coverage changes* in our underlying carriers, enTouch Wireless will no longer be able to provide Lifeline or Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) services in your area. To continue Lifeline and/or ACP services, you will need to transfer your services to another Lifeline and/or ACP service provider before December 15, 2023. enTouch Wireless does not apply any charges or fees for transferring your services.

*Coverage changes are subject to state commission approval.

ACT NOW Or Your Services Will Be Disconnected December 15, 2023

Find A New Service Provider

If you still qualify to receive Lifeline benefits and/or ACP services, you may be able to obtain Lifeline and/or ACP services from another provider.

  • You can find information about other Lifeline and ACP service providers in your area using the USAC’s ‘Companies Near Me’ tool available at https://cnm.universalservice.org
  • To keep your telephone number(s) with your service, you will need to make arrangements to port the number(s) with your new service provider prior to disconnection of your enTouch services.

If you do not transfer your Lifeline benefit, ACP service, and/or assigned telephone number(s) to another service provider(s) before December 15, 2023, then you will be de-enrolled from the Lifeline benefit and/or ACP program, and your device(s) and services will be disconnected on December 15, 2023.
