enTouch Wireless’s Lifeline Legacy Plan (p/k/a 1000 Bundled Voice Plan) will expire September 26, 2023. On that date, enTouch Wireless will begin replacing the Lifeline Legacy Plan with the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan on the impacted subscribers’ accounts.
Subscribers do not need to do anything if they want to maintain their Lifeline Benefit with the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan.
Both the Lifeline Legacy Plan and the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan are Lifeline ‘Bundled Voice Plans’ that meet the FCC Voice Minimum Service Standard (MSS).
Plan Similarities:
The difference is that the Lifeline Legacy Plan had unlimited texts whereas the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan has 500 texts. With the exception of the 500 texts, the plan description remains the same.
This plan offers 1000 voice minutes, 500 text units, and 100 MB of broadband data. Data is 4G/LTE based on network availability and device capability. The customer provides their own device as the plan does not include a device. Lifeline minutes, texts, and data are automatically posted each month on the Lifeline customer’s monthly service date. There is no rollover of minutes, texts, or data, and any unused minutes, texts, or data will expire on next month’s monthly service date. Services are for personal use only. All usage is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. See Terms of Service at www.enTouchwireless.com.
The plan change does not require you to do anything. On September 26, 2023, enTouch Wireless will begin updating accounts with the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan. Following the transition, the 1000 Bundled Voice FREE Plan will automatically reload on your monthly service date.
