3G Services to be Decommissioned in Your Area

The 3G network will be decommissioned – and no longer available – by your enTouch Wireless current underlying carrier in your service area on December 31, 2022.  This means that your current phone and network will not support talk/text/data effective December 31, 2022.

For some customers, enTouch Wireless does not have an alternate underlying carrier in your service area to continue providing you Lifeline and/or ACP services, effective December 31, 2022. For other customers, enTouch Wireless can continue providing Lifeline and/or ACP services on an alternate underlying carrier, dependent on your location.

To identify whether you’re eligible to continue Lifeline and/or ACP service through enTouch Wireless, or whether you need to transfer your service benefits to another provider, call 833-856-1945.

If you do not take action before December 31, 2022, you will be de-enrolled from Lifeline and/or ACP programs that you receive from enTouch Wireless, and your phone will be disconnected December 31, 2022.

However, you can transfer your Lifeline benefit and/or ACP service to another participating Service Provider or separate Service Providers before December 31, 2022 to minimize service interruptions.

How to keep Lifeline Benefit and/or ACP services:

Subscribers in all states except California:

  • If you are eligible for a different underlying carrier with enTouch and want to keep your Lifeline and/or ACP services, call 833-856-1945 for more information.
  • If you want to transfer your Lifeline and/or ACP services to another service provider, you will first need to complete an application with the National Verifier at checklifeline.org. Once your application is approved, you can contact an alternate participating service provider(s) and arrange for your transfer of your Lifeline benefit and/or ACP services. To minimize interruption of service, you will need to complete the transfer process prior to 12/31/2022.

Subscribers in California:

  • To find out if you are eligible for a different underlying carrier with enTouch and, if so, want to keep your Lifeline and/or ACP services, call 833-856-1945 for more information.
  • If you want to transfer your Lifeline and/or ACP services to another service provider, you should contact a qualified service provider. You may identify potential service providers at the following website: https://www.californialifeline.com/en/provider_search. You may also contact the CA LifeLine Administrator at www.californialifeline.com.  Once your eligibility is confirmed, your California LifeLine and other benefits can be transferred. To minimize interruption of service, you will need to complete the transfer process prior to 12/31/2022.

Take Action ASAP!

If you do not take any action before Saturday, December 31, 2022, enTouch Wireless will disconnect your phone, and you will be de-enrolled from Lifeline and/or ACP service(s).

If you have any questions, please contact us at 833-856-1945.
