enTouch Wireless Lifeline & ACP Plans

ACP + Lifeline Plans

*THIS OFFERING is a federal Lifeline-supported service provided by Boomerang Wireless, LLC, DBA enTouch Wireless, an eligible telecommunications carrier. Boomerang has been authorized to offer California LifeLine, a government assistance program to qualified California residents. Only qualified consumers with documentation proving eligibility may enroll. Lifeline services are non-transferable and limited to one benefit per household, consisting of either wireline or wireless. Willingly making false statements to obtain the benefit or receiving multiple Lifeline benefits can result in fines, imprisonment, de-enrollment or being barred from the program. You must use your phone to continue to receive service. After 30 days of non-usage you will be de-enrolled in the program. Coverage limitations of wireless mobile phone service may affect access to E-911 and/or 911 in the event of an emergency. Wireless service may also experience interruptions due to weather conditions, terrain, or gaps in service coverage. If you remove your enTouch Wireless handset from your home, other family members in your household may not be able to reach 911 emergency services. Please visit www.entouchwireless.com/plans for the most up-to-date plan offerings. UNLIMITED DOES NOT MEAN UNREASONABLE USE. To ensure that all customers have access to reliable services provided at a reasonable cost, you may not use our service in a manner that interferes with another enTouch Wireless mobile customer’s use of our service or disproportionally enTouch Wireless’ network resources. enTouch Wireless reserves the right, without notice or limitation, to terminate individual calls, or after providing notice to you, offer you a different service plan with no unlimited usage components, limit data throughput speeds or quantities, or deny, terminate, end, modify, disconnect, or suspend your service, or decline to renew your service, if you engage in any of the prohibited voice or data uses detailed below or if enTouch Wireless, in its sole discretion, determines action is necessary to protect its wireless networks from harm or degradation. enTouch Wireless may limit, alter, or discontinue your service if you generate abnormally high call volumes, abnormally long average call lengths, calls with abnormally high costs, abnormally high use, or other disproportionate use when compared to those of other customers of enTouch Wireless. BROADBAND DATA. Your service plan terms and conditions may limit the amount of high-speed data included with your service plan and the actual speeds you will achieve while using our broadband services. The actual performance of an individual customer’s wireless data service may vary based on reception, technology, network traffic, and a number of other factors. enTouch Wireless does not guarantee the speeds of the data services it provides. PROMOTIONAL OFFER SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY FOR AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM (ACP) AND LIFELINE. The ACP is an FCC program that provides non-transferrable discounts on monthly broadband internet access services. An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount. You may continue to receive your Lifeline service without enrolling in the ACP program. Eligible consumers may get ACP services from Boomerang Wireless or any participating provider. Benefits may be transferred to another participating provider at any time. When the FCC announces the end of the ACP program, or we end our promotional FREE ACP service offer, we will notify you, and you will revert to receiving only the standard FREE Lifeline plan if you are eligible, or you may keep your ACP service by paying the applicable undiscounted rate plus fees and taxes. For more information about ACP eligibility and the program, go to https://www.entouchwireless.com/affordable-connectivity-program or call us at 866-488-8719. Other terms & conditions may apply.
