Actualización importante para suscriptores de Puerto Rico

Suscriptores de Puerto Rico: enTouch Wireless necesita actualizar su información de inscripción para preparar la transición al Verificador Nacional de Lifeline. Para efectuar la actualización de su información de inscripción de enTouch Wireless, primero deberá verificar su elegibilidad a través del Verificador Nacional de Lifeline. Antes de que enTouch Wireless pueda actualizar su información de inscripción, debe llevar a cabo los pasos 1 y 2 que se ofrecen a continuación.

Suscriptores de Puerto Rico: enTouch Wireless necesita actualizar su información de inscripción para preparar la transición al Verificador Nacional de Lifeline. Para efectuar la actualización de su información de inscripción de enTouch Wireless, primero deberá verificar su elegibilidad a través del Verificador Nacional de Lifeline. Antes de que enTouch Wireless pueda actualizar su información de inscripción, debe llevar a cabo los pasos 1 y 2 que se ofrecen a continuación.

Verifique su elegibilidad en el Verificador Nacional de Lifeline

Utilice el Verificador Nacional de Lifeline para verificar su elegibilidad. Necesitará su identificación con foto emitida por el gobierno, documentos de elegibilidad e información personal (incluyendo el número de seguro social).

El Verificador Nacional de Lifeline no es operado por enTouch Wireless y nuestros agentes no tienen permiso de ayudarle a llevar a cabo el proceso. Este es un paso requerido por FCC y USAC para todos los participantes de Lifeline. Efectúe los pasos por completo antes de comunicarse con enTouch Wireless. enTouch Wireless no puede actualizar su información de inscripción hasta que termine los pasos 1 y 2.

Envíe a enTouch Wireless una prueba del número de seguro social e identificación con foto

enTouch Wireless necesitará una copia de su identificación con foto emitida por el gobierno y prueba de los últimos 4 dígitos de su número de seguro social. Puede utilizar documentos oficiales como un recibo de nómina, declaración de impuestos o estado de cuenta bancaria que incluyan su nombre completo y su número de seguro social. Puede enviar una copia de estos documentos a enTouch Wireless a través de un mensaje de texto o correo electrónico seguro.

En la línea de asunto del correo electrónico o el mensaje de texto incluya su nombre y apellido, fecha de nacimiento y número de teléfono de Lifeline.

Actualice su información de inscripción de enTouch Wireless

Programe una llamada telefónica con un representante de cuenta de enTouch Wireless haciendo clic en el siguiente botón. Todos los representantes hablan inglés y español. Le tomará aproximadamente 20 minutos actualizar su información de inscripción de enTouch Wireless. Un representante de enTouch Wireless llamará al número de teléfono que usted proporcione a la hora de la cita programada.

Puerto Rico subscribers: enTouch Wireless needs to update your enrollment information to prepare for the transition to the Lifeline National Verifier. To complete the update of your enTouch Wireless enrollment information, you will first need to verify your eligibility through the Lifeline National Verifier. Before enTouch Wireless can update your enrollment information, Steps 1 and 2 below must be completed.

Use the Lifeline National Verifier to verify your eligibility.

You will need your government-issued photo ID, eligibility documents, and personal information (including social security number).

The Lifeline National Verifier is not operated by enTouch Wireless and our agents are not allowed to assist you in completing the process. This is an FCC and USAC required step for all Lifeline participants. Please complete in full prior to contacting enTouch Wireless. enTouch Wireless cannot update your enrollment information until you complete Steps 1 and 2.

Send enTouch Wireless Proof of Social Security Number & Photo ID

enTouch Wireless will need a picture of your valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Official documents such as a paystub, income tax return, or bank statement that contain your full name and your Social Security number can be used. You can send a copy of these documents to enTouch Wireless via secure text or email.

Please include your first and last name, date of birth, and Lifeline phone number in the email subject line or text message.

Tip: Be sure your picture or photocopy is very clear and legible. If we cannot clearly read your information, (name, date of birth, social security number) enTouch Wireless cannot process your application. We recommend you do what is necessary to get a clear picture and ensure your service for another year.

Update Your Enrollment Information with enTouch Wireless

Please schedule a phone call with an enTouch Wireless account representative by clicking the button below. All representatives are fluent in Spanish and English. It will take approximately 20 minutes to update your enrollment information with enTouch Wireless. An enTouch Wireless representative will call the phone number you provide at the scheduled appointment time.

Qualify by income and provide one of the following as proof.

  • Prior Year’s State, Federal or Tribal Tax Return
  • Unemployment/Workers' Compensation Benefits Statement
  • Divorce Decree or Child Support Documents
  • Veterans Administration Benefits Statement
  • Current Income Statement from Employer or Paycheck Stubs
  • Retirement/Pension Benefits Statement
  • Social Security Benefits Statement

Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA)

BIA Award letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Name of the beneficiary
  • Address of the beneficiary
  • Date of the award

Tribal Head Start

Head Start Award letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Name of the beneficiary
  • Address of the beneficiary
  • Date of the award

Tribally-Administered Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)

TANF Award letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Name of the beneficiary
  • Address of the beneficiary
  • Date of the award

Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)

Notice of Action (award letter) acknowledging eligibility for FDPIR benefits;

  • Name of the beneficiary;
  • The beginning and ending dates of the award or certification period; and
  • The telephone number of the Food Distribution Program office, and the name and address of the person to contact for additional information.

OR

FDPIR participation documents(e.g., a benefit card or copy of a benefit card);

  • Name of the beneficiary
  • The beginning and ending dates of the award or certification period; and
  • The telephone number of the Food Distribution Program office, and the name and address of the person to contact for additional information.

Lifeline Program

Due to sharing many of the same eligibility requirements those currently enrolled in the lifeline program may qualify for The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) also.

 

Medi-Cal / Medicaid

Program Approval Letter, Benefit Statement, or Verification of Coverage Letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program or state equivalent,
  • Name of the beneficiary,
  • Address of the beneficiary, and
  • Date of the award

OR

Eligibility Screenshot or printout from an online portal or website tool, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program or state equivalent,
  • Name of the beneficiary
  • Medical Identification number, OR
  • Case number,
  • Eligibility dates, OR
  • Current participation status

CalFresh / Food Stamps / SNAP

Program Approval Letter, Benefit Statement, or Verification of Coverage Letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Name of the beneficiary,
  • Eligibility dates, OR
  • Current participation status

OR

Federal Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit

Pension Grant Letter should contain the following basic information:

  • Participant’s name
  • Address
  • A decision about the participant’s monthly entitlement amount
  • Payment start date

Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)

FPHA award letter should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Date of the award,
  • Name of the beneficiary, and
  • Award amount.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

Approval Letter or Benefit Statement issued by the SSA or on SSA letterhead.

  • Consumer’s name
  • Date
  • Eligibility Date
  • Claim number OR Other consumer identification number
  • Payment amount

Medicaid / Medi-Cal
