Below is how to replace the SIM in enTouch Wireless devices. Your device model may vary, but the instructions will be similar for most devices. Activate your SIM before installing.

  • Shut down your device and then open the SIM tray.
    • If the tray is not on the edge of your device, you will need to remove the battery to access it.
  • Remove the SIM from the larger card. Your SIM is designed to be compatible with many devices.
  • Punch out the largest form of the SIM and align the angled corner with your device’s SIM tray.
  • If the SIM is too large, remove the outer shell until it fits. The SIM should fit easily and never needs to be forced.
