Recent Milestones
04-14-2026 11:27AM PT   MRF port exhaustion on the Titan VMAS platform was identified, which led to widespread SIP 503 errors and voicemail call setup failures. Traffic was removed from the impacted Titan nodes and MRF restarts were performed, which released exhausted ports and allowed SIP traffic to recover.
04-14-2026 11:00AM PT   The incident seems to be resolved. Verification of all systems is underway. A follow-up Resolved CIM, which includes additional details, will be provided within 15 minutes. Should the problem persist, an Update CIM will be issued accordingly.
04-14-2026 09:40AM PT   Traffic is being redirected away from affected Titan nodes to reduce load. Teams are performing controlled restarts of MRF (Media Resource Function) and refreshes of VMAS to clear port exhaustion; targeted debug logs are also being captured to support root-cause analysis.
04-14-2026 09:31AM PT   Engineers are currently assessing the situation. An update with additional details will be provided within 20 minutes.
